1. The first is obvious and ultimately only the customer can decide which boat is right.  However we will be glad to share with you our boating experience and knowledge, via the phone, e-mail, or other, to help you make the most informed decision possible.

2. The second item is controlled by the market place.  Our pricing philosophy is to price boats at a realistic market price and not at an inflated unrealistic retail price.

3. The third item it done through a variety of ways.  After reviewing the pictures on our web site, if you would like additional photos of a specific boat please let us know.  At a customer's request we can supply them with photos of any part of the boat.  This is often accomplished and to the customer via e-mail within the hour.  Boats that the marina own go through an evaluation process prior to us taking the boat in trade.  Often a customer will be passing through the area and can inspect the boat first hand or sometimes a relative will be in the area and can stop in.  We are located 2.5 hours from both Chicago and Indianapolis and just 20 miles south of the Indiana Toll way (80/90).  South Bend, Indiana and The University of Notre Dame are located 45 miles Northwest of us.   Fort Wayne Indiana is 45 miles Southeast of us.  Wawasee Boat Company is located on Lake Wawasee (Indiana's Largest Natural Lake, over 3,000 acres) and therefore an in-water test is offered with every boat we sell unless otherwise decided by the customer. 

4. The fourth item, reputation, is up to us.  Our reputation is important to us and to our Internet customers.  We feel our reputation has been the reason for our success on the Web, it gives our Internet customers a level of confidence and trust in us that they require when making a purchase on line of this magnitude.   Wawasee Boat Company has been in business since 1929 and has always been in the same location.  With Pleasurecraft Premier and Mercruiser Premier Service Status, and equivalent certification in Evinrude and Honda and almost every major engine brand, a full fiberglass repair shop, and five factory trained technicians, we can service and repair just about anything that floats on water!  We store over 1,000 boats on our property for our customers.  They trust us with their boats year after year.   We have earned their trust through the quality of service we provide.  We never take a new or current customer for granted, EVERY customer is important to us.  Our goal is that any boat you purchase will ultimately be better than your expectations.

5. The fifth item is for peace of mind, no one wants to pick up a boat and take it home only to find out it doesn't run or doesn't run well under normal conditions.  It may run fine when hooked up to a garden hose, but when you are out on the lake and try to accelerate, it might hesitate or perform to less than your expectations.  This risk is eliminated with a test ride.  Unless otherwise stated all of our boats are sold subject to a test ride.
